Traditional archery is suitable for children, teenagers, and adults starting from 8-10 years of age. We have bows with various draw weights that are perfectly suited for both kids and adults.

No, there is no need. The Tevtar Club provides absolutely all the necessary equipment during the training sessions: a bow adapted to your build, matching arrows, arm protection (arm guard), and finger protection (tab).

Trainings take place on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and last for 2 hours each:

  • Saturday: from 13:00 to 15:00.
  • Sunday: from 14:00 to 16:00.

Our training ground is located near Chisinau, in the village of Tohatin. It is a scenic outdoor location ideal for archery practice. You can find a detailed map and travel directions on our Contacts page.

Of course! Most of our members started completely from scratch. The first session is always guided by an instructor who will explain the safety rules, help you choose a bow, and teach you the basic movements of a shot.

Traditional archery uses simple bows made of wood, fiberglass, or composite materials without sights, stabilizers, or other mechanical accessories. Aiming is based on muscle memory and intuition (instinctive shooting). Olympic archery utilizes bows with high-tech accessories to achieve maximum mechanically guided precision.
